The Mayer House is half of a duplex located in a quiet residential district four blocks from downtown Spearfish. The owner and his spouse live in the back half of the building. Private entries are in place for each of the two living spaces. This house was constructed in the 1890's. It has been remodeled over the years. The deck was added and the bathroom was remodeled in 2020. The bathroom is a small but full bath with tub & shower. The kitchen was remodeled in 2006. and is furnished with pots, pans, dishes and table ware, full size refrigerator, electric stove and washer/dryer. There is no dishwasher. The house is fully furnished with a queen-sized bed is in each bedroom. There is no garage but there is ample parking as the house is located on a double corner lot. Additional parking is available on the street directly in front of the house.
