Tenant shall use reasonable diligence in the care of the premises. When moving out: tenant agrees to surrender premises in the same condition as when received, dirty sheets and towels excepted.

Tenant agrees to reimburse owner for any loss, property damage, or cost of repairs or services (including plumbing trouble or extra cleaning) caused by the negligence or improper use by tenants, family or guests.

Tenant will be responsible for damage from windows or doors left open.

Tenant promises and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless, said property Owners and Sturgis Rally Rentals from and against any and all losses and liabilities incurred by tenant as a result of the groups tenancy on said property.

No illegal drugs allowed on the property at any time.

All Sturgis Rally Rental Properties are non-smoking properties.  No smoking is allowed inside homes or garages at any time.  Smoking is allowed outside only. Tenant is responsible for cleaning smoking area(s) prior to departure.

I understand that one half of the rent, processing fee, sales tax and non-refundable security deposit fee are due with the contract. I understand that second half of rent is due June 1st. If I cancel for any reason this payment is refundable if, and only if, the property can be re-rented.
 Should I change my mind for any reason the above paid rent, fee, sales tax and non-refundable security deposit fund will be forfeited.

Once contract is accepted and payment has been made, both parties are hereby bound to fulfill the terms of this agreement.

As long as rally is "on" our guests and owners are committed to their contracts.  The owners have committed to rent their homes and the guests have committed to their contract as it is written. 

***If necessary, we will update our FB page, Sturgis Rally Rentals, with information we believe you need to know.  You may also check Sturgis.com for rally information and updates as well.  We will check daily and post updated information as needed. If rally is canceled for any reason, payments and fees will be refunded less fees and commissions already dispersed.

ADDITIONAL DAYS and ADDITIONAL PEOPLE must be requested BEFORE the fact and APPROVED by the Owner. NO SUB-LETTING will be allowed by tenant.

NO PETS ALLOWED, even temporarily, on the premises without prior written permission.
